This building has an exclusive location as it is located in the heart of Laureles. At 5 minutes walking distance you find Unicentro Shopping Mall; at 15 minutes walking distance is the nearest Metro station (Estadio); only 10 minutes walking distance is La 70 which is a street where during the day you can visit the local cafes and at night it becomes the iconic street to have the best night life. It is also a few minutes walk from the Second park of Laureles where you can find a variety of restaurants offering local and international dishes.
