Welcome to The Heritage House at Kingman Farmstead. This is a family-owned farm stay nestled in the beautiful countryside of Klamath Falls. Not far from town, our unique property invites you to experience authentic farm life surrounded by picturesque views of Stukel Mountain, the barn and pastures.

There are two bedrooms and one bath inside the home. The queen bedroom to the right has the one and only bathroom located inside the home. The twin bunk room is on the left.
There is a beautifully updated kitchen, living room and dining room space for 4.
We will provide a map of the property; feel free to walk around the designated areas! You may see farm animals throughout the year ranging from cows, sheep, chickens and horses. Feel free to stop by and say hello.
We insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection is $26 per reservation and will be included in your rental rate. This fee provides coverage for minor accidental damages during your stay, giving you peace of mind and saving you the hassle of a large upfront hold, or a tedious refund process. It’s our way of making your stay stress-free while ensuring our homes are well cared for.
-Quiet hours are 10:00 P.M-7:00 A.M daily. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No parties!
-Please do not flush towelettes, wipes, or sanitary napkins down the toilet as this is an older home.
-Booking guest must be present for duration of the stay. Guests are not allowed to book on behalf of another party, unless it is for an authorized employer. Extra guests not listed in the booking need to be approved before entering the home.
-No dogs, cats and/or pets are allowed on the furniture. This includes bedding, couches, tables, etc. Guest must clean up the droppings of their dogs, cats and/or pets.
-Guests are welcome to say hello to the farm animals, however, we ask that guests to NOT enter the pens or touch the animals.
-Please do NOT feed the horses.
-It is ok to feed the sheep vegetable scraps.
-For safety and insurance purposes, charging electric vehicles (EVs) or electric bikes (e-bikes) on the property is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of standard household outlets or extension cords. Guests are encouraged to use designated public EV charging stations nearby. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
