Take in spectacular views and enjoy on-site lake access at this three-story home in Rome, Wisconsin. This vacation rental is located near Sand Valley Gold and just a little over a dozen miles from the heart of downtown Nekoosa for all your shopping, dining, and entertainment needs. It is conveniently close to several parks, lakes, and other popular attractions.

Back at home, stock up your fridge and prepare all your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen, and then dine at the adjacent breakfast bar or the large dining table - perfect for family game nights! After meals, choose from two separate living areas, including a sunken and sunlit one on the main level with a high ceiling, lake view, and plenty of plush seating, as well as a lower-level room with additional seating. (The fireplaces are not operational.) If you're craving a little friendly competition, head out into the garage and go head-to-head at the pool table/Ping-Pong table.

The kids can run and play outdoors in the large yard, while you'll also enjoy immediate water access with your private beach and seasonal dock.

Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and a large selection of board games.

Great experience, and we will be return visitors!!

We recently rented this Lake Chalet Home with family and had a wonderful experience. The house was in a great location, close to everything we needed. The layout of the house was perfect for our needs and had all the amenities that we required. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-furnished. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook meals and grill out. The backyard was lovely and a great place to relax in the evenings and during the day. There was a great firepit with lots of room for the whole family and the kids had a great time playing in the spacious yard. The rental process was smooth and hassle-free. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay on the water. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely rent this house again in the future.

Amazing Stay - will go back!

We recently rented this lake house chalet and it was an amazing experience! The rental had so many activities for kids, both indoor and outdoor, which was perfect for any kind of weather. The house was located right on the water, and had a large beach with swimming and a basketball hoop. There was also a large yard for playing games, and the garage had ping pong and pool tables which kept us entertained for hours. One of the best things about the rental was the availability of kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes. We were able to explore the beautiful lake and surrounding areas, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The house also had games for both kids and adults, so there was never a dull moment. If you're looking for a more relaxed experience, you can just lounge on the beach or gather around the firepit. Alternatively, if you're looking for more adventure, there are plenty of boating activities to enjoy. There's also a lodge down the way where you can grab a drink or a quick bite to eat. The house itself was very clean and spacious inside, with plenty of room to spread out. It had all the amenities we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds. I would highly recommend this lake house to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation spot!
