Steps out the front door you will find English Bay sunsets and beaches, foot ferry to Granville Island, and 1 block to Vancouver's seawall. Located on the quite side of downtown across from Granville Island in the upscale Beach Avenue and Hornby Street district. It has, a 450' roof-top deck, courtyard patio off kitchen and a street picnic area.

Linens and towels for 7 are provided as is coffees/teas, spices, soaps, lotions and amenities, hair dryer, iron and board and some snacks upon arrival. Secure credit card owner, Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted.

Great location, atmosphere and decor.

The excellent location, phenomenal artwork and vintage furniture make this a wonderful getaway spot well worth the cost. Amazing roof terrace is extremely relaxing and a great place to socialize. The owners were very professional and more than accommodating. I will definitely stay here again when in Vancouver.

Lovely home and owner

Excellent stay

Had an excellent time with our 2 and 4 year old girls. Swimming pool in the complex. 5 Minute walk to the Granville Island ferry and right on the seawall path. Easy access to beaches, skytrain stations, etc. Already planning to use this townhouse in the summer time again.

Great Vancouver Vacation

My family stayed 4 nights at this property. It was nice and the location was fantastic. We rarely used our car, very walkable area. The host was very responsive and emailed us to ensure all was well. We had a couple of cleaning issues which Scott offered to fix and extend out check out time. The park across the street was perfect for our four legged friend. We enjoyed the property and our vacation.

Great location, well equipped.

Had a fantastic long weekend at the condo. Terrific location - close to Granville Island, shops, and restaurants. Scotty did a great job communicating throughout the rental process and everything was well labeled and explained. The one shower was a bit of a challenge with six of us but we knew this ahead of time and made it work just fine. Distillery next door is a great place to grab some very creative cocktails - just make sure you like gin. Would stay at the condo again!

Appreciated the kitchen having the basics. Not just dishes. Followed the maze to the hot tub but keys to the last door didn’t work. Beds were all very comfortable Lots of stairs especially for the basement bedroom to the 3rd floor shower. Family of 5 enjoyed our stay and wish it could have been longer

Spring Break Family Trip

Scotty, we had a great time staying at your condo. It's a great location, easy to get to driving into Vancouver and great to have the underground parking. Only a block from the sea taxi to get to Granville Island. That was a plus! The place was lovely, very comfortable beds. There was so many nice touches (even a coupon book!), and we loved the way it was decorated. Thanks for making us feel so welcome, and providing the information we needed to find everything in the condo. I will stay again when next I come to Vancouver!

Comfortable townhouse in a great location

The townhouse is perfect for a family of 5 and Scotty is a wonderful host. The had everything that we needed and we really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor space. Communication with Scotty was great - he provided a lot of good information and quickly answered any questions. Our only complaint is that his bikes were not operatable (missing pedal, poor condition) and should probably be removed from the list of amenities. The location can not be beat and we highly recommend staying there.

Great location - swanky digs

Scott was a wonderful communicator. The townhouse location was perfect and very accessible to restaurants, water taxi, and other public transportation methods. The townhouse was large enough for our group of 7 (with one on an air mattress). There could have been a few updates to the linens and towels and the TV was a bit confusing to work but overall a great stay. The Dali chair and native decorations were our favorite part. Thanks again Scotty!

Great location in Vancouver

This condo was a great location for our family. Loved the fact that it came with parking. We enjoyed the interesting decor pieces and the three queen beds. We had trouble with the bass being loud in the sound system but think we finally figured it out when time to leave. For five people, one shower/bathtub made it a challenge. Other than that we would choose it again.

Unique and central to downtown or Granville Island

Enjoyed immensely. Location is good very close to ferry (Aquabus) to Granville (2 min walk), 10 min walk uptown to Robson street. Great street with lots of good shops. Close to bakery and 7-11. Condo itself was unique, comfortable and would suit a family or friends. Scotty was unreal always available if needed. Bedding was comfortable the best we had, had for a while. Would certainly recommend this Condo. Thanks Scotty will be back.

Great stay in Vancouver!

We stayed for a week for our sons wedding. It was an amazing condo in the heart of down town Vancouver. Kitchen was well stocked. All 3 beds were very comfortable and the location cannot be beat. We walked every where and took the water taxi to Granville island. We even walked to the grocery store and to the Canada line to get to and from the airport. No need to rent a car. We would have liked a few more bath & kitchen towels and the tv / av system could use updating but we would definitely rent this condo again. Thanks Scotty, we love your rentals unit very much.

Why they chose this property

The neighbourhood is upscale and quite for being downtown with a city block park across from the house. The sunsets over English Bay and the waters between the bridges rival any I've seen. Loving the outdoors this location gives you the best walks, hikes and bikes as all the best of what the city has to offer.

What makes this property unique

The patios are great in the summer months. Roof top dining and lounging, the amenities from squash courts to fitness room and the easy access walks to the waterfront and downtown core. Shopping can be found within moments from the garden shop next door to downtown's upscale shopping a short walk away.
