Walk, or bike to beautiful Nokomis Beach on Casey Key, only 1 mile from this amazing boating community. This stylish carriage house is your place to enjoy the surf & sunsets, catch some sun, or maybe just read a good book. Whatever you choose, you are in paradise!

The space
The carriage house is on the first floor. You will have not one, but TWO lanais to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Walk out the door a few feet to the huge salt water pool, hot tub and clubhouse!
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to dine in.
The dining and living area is open concept with new furnishings. You can expect a large flat screen TV, cable, and FAST WIFI!
The master bedroom includes a king size bed with a huge walk in closet and your own personal lanai.
The second bedroom includes a queen size bed with plenty of storage space. (This will be replaced with a King that turns to two twin beds in April).
The garage is a plus as well!
