The Avian Forest pool is a few steps from your front door and you’re 2 minutes away from enjoying the private ocean beach at Litchfield By The Sea. Along with the nearby beach at Litchfield By The Sea, Avian Forest is surrounded by golf courses (9 courses within 5 miles) and paved walking, bicycle and nature paths. Our 1-car garage can accommodate two 6-seater golf carts, bicycles, fishing gear, beach chairs, golf clubs, etc...

We are located in a quiet community directly across from Litchfield By The Sea (private gated beachfront community) and its beautiful, private ocean beach, and we're surrounded by the tranquility of golf courses. As our guest, you have full access to the beach - which has plenty of free parking. We often drive a golf cart (they can be rented for about $300/week) or bicycles to the beach.
