The location is ideal and it's just far enough from the chaos. Beach, mountains, shopping and restaurants are outstanding in less than a 15 minute radius.

What makes this property unique

This is a cozy magical home. It has just enough quirkiness that comes from the 1800s feel...uneven floors, wood-burning stove, and screen porch. If you are looking for a new modern home, this is not for you.
