This centrally located condo has everything you need. Just bring your clothes. The condo has a pool, jacuzzi and weight room. Enjoy a glass of wine on the patio and watch the sunset over the bay, it it's too cold outside, watch from inside your owners suite. Bi-monthly light housekeeping. There is a Ralphs across the street. Has a walk score of 96! a walkers paradise, condo includes parking, but you will not need a car. Close to most San Diego attractions and the great transportation that San Diego is known for. Take the trolley to Old Town, Tijuana, La Jolla or Mission Valley. A large owners suite and a second bedroom with a desk and daybed trundle that makes into two twins. The bedrooms and baths are separated by the living room for privacy. High speed internet runs the TV's. Walk in any direction and find dinning, and nightlife. Stroll to Little Italy on Wednesday and Saturday for Farmers market. Outdoor movies at the nearby Hyatt. Towels and linens included.

Excellent stay!

Great location to take advantage of all San Diego has to offer. We loved being able to walk to waterfront, Petco Park, Gaslamp, Little Italy, etc. Good amenities and secure parking was a plus! Nancy was super responsive and always immediately available when we had questions. A great experience all around and will book again!

Why they chose this property

This is one of the nicest neighborhoods in Downtown San Diego. It is also a walkers paradise. Ralphs is across the street and the trolley stops are nearby as well as a great bus system.
