Hi, I'm 39 and finally picking up the traveling lifestyle. I have a beautiful apt in San Diego that I'd love to rent out more, so that I have an excuse to travel more.
I'm relatively new to San Diego (~2 yrs), so I still have tons to see here. But I do have a decent amount of recommendations I'd be happy to offer up. As with most cities, I've found that just walking around and meandering into random stores and bars is the best route.

Why they chose this property
East Village is far enough away from Gaslamp to avoid the noise and chaos, while still downtown hence right next to a bunch of restaurants, bars, and services.
What makes this property unique
My condo is a penthouse corner unit just outside of downtown, hence nothing obstructs its view of the bay, ocean, and city.
