Breathtaking PANORAMIC views of San Diego Harbor, Coronado, Point Loma, San Diego International (SDX). Minutes from Downtown Gaslamp, Little Italy, Balboa Park and Zoo, Sea World and beaches! This charming 1920's California style bungalow sits atop a west-facing hillside, set amongst affluent homes and offers a private setting for that special family getaway or scenic workspace for business travelers.

Unauthorized gatherings and/or nightclub style events are strictly prohibited.

The SPACE
The main living space is very open with vaulted ceiling and is large enough to accommodate friends and family who want to socialize and relax. Bedrooms are super comfortable with luxury brand mattresses and professionally cleaned linens and bedding.
Galley kitchen is well-appointed, and almost every window boasts a beautiful view. Best of all, there is a large wooden sundeck to relax on while sipping your glass of prosecco or morning coffee while enjoying the Ocean VIEWS and our amazing California sunsets.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
There are two bedrooms with Purple KING size mattresses. The 'Great room' living area is 700sf of space and will easily accommodate additional guests with an Danish brand (Innovation) Sofa-sleeper pull-out and (2) air mattresses with integrated (attached) air pumps, located in the pantry closet.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests are able to access all this home has to offer except the detached garage and storage area located in the basement of the home.

GUEST INTERACTION
There is a combination lockbox so guests can arrive and depart at their discretion. If there is anything needed at all, do not hesitate to call or text.

NEIGHBORHOOD
This home is located in Mission hills, just minutes from our beautiful beaches and world-class tourist attractions.

GETTING AROUND
Uber or Lfyt are an easy option, and there's sufficient street parking for those with a rental car.
There are many wonderful cafés and historical districts within walking distance. Also just a short walk to the 'San Diego Trolley' stop which can whisk you to the Downtown Gaslamp or take the ‘Coaster’ train North to coastal towns with Main street shops and easy-access to north coastal beach towns such as Solana Beach, Encinitas, and Carlsbad.

Panoramic views

This was an excellent base of operations for our trip to San Diego. From the hilltop, our kids liked watching the planes take off and the bay and ocean glisten. Bill was very responsive and offered to address a couple of minor glitches, but we were out and about so much it wasn't necessary. Eight thumbs up!

Had a great time here with a group of 5! Super close to downtown where we spent a good portion of our stay. Place had everything we wanted and a great view. Would stay there again!

Great location ! Unreal views

Love this place for a girls trip, location is perfect cuz it’s so close to the airport and easy to get to anywhere you need to go. The views from the balcony are beautiful! Bill was very attentive and easy to reach. The house is a little older but you can expect that in SD. We had no issues with the stairs but I can see that being a problem for different age groups of people

Great time in San Diego

We stayed here while San Diego was in the middle of a storm, luckily the house felt like home & kept us cozy throughout our stay. The view was also beautiful, being able to see how the weather changing from such a great view was awesome. Instructions for check in & check out were very clear. No complaints at all. Would definitely recommend staying here!
