Great House for Friends & Family

We loved our stay here. Had a lovely stay! House was clean, beds were comfy and the family enjoyed the pool and hot tub! 15 minutes away from everywhere we wanted to go, great location. We loved it so much, we looked around for properties to buy. We absolutely recommend staying here!

Wonderful Stay

We had a great few days here. Location was perfect for us and we loved having the pool and hot tub to relax in. Loved the speaker system throughout the house too. Definitely recommend this home to others and would book here again without hesitation.

Great house

Thank God for in-auto navigation as it led it led us directly to this wonderful house. We enjoyed each having our own on-suite rooms and found it the cleanest I've ever stayed in. We tried to leave it the same way.Jean Hardy

EXCELLENT!!!

Everything about this place was excellent! It was nice and relaxing to come back and use the hot tub and heated pool at the end of the day. Tooraj was always available to answer any and all questions. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Comfortable Home with Nice Amenities

Tooraj checked in several times during our stay, which was appreciated. The home was clean and as expected from the pictures. The cabana by the pool was a treat and the pool itself was very well maintained! The location in San Diego is a quiet neighborhood with nice views. We appreciated the garage parking, laundry access, and easiness of the check-in process. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Location, Nice House, Awesome Outdoor area.

The property is amazing - would def stay again. The pool and hot tub were a hit with everyone before and after the the zoo and a day exploring the city. The house was clean and location was offered short trips to just about anywhere. Although parking was limited - the private garage was nice. We had an issue with the washing machine, but it was fixed in the time that we left for the zoo in the morning and the time we returned to the house in the afternoon. Thanks for a great vacation stay...

Absolutely incredible property!

We cannot say enough about how incredible this property is. As fabulous as the photos are, the house and pool area are even better in person. The house is beautifully decorated and has every amenity one might need. The outdoor area with pool hot tub and cabana truly feels like a luxury boutique hotel. Even my 17 year old son commented on how nice it was to cook in the spacious kitchen. The host was communicative and responsive and always available if we needed anything. This is also a really great convenient spot if you are visiting San Diego. We look forward to returning to this lovely home!

Amazing!

This place was fantastic. It was in such a great location, close to everything. The home was clean and updated, and the host was very responsive. We debated between staying at the beach or in a house with a pool, and it turned out to be an amazing choice for our teenage son and family. Being able to swim and go in the hottub and not having to share the space with others was really nice. Also the option of having music throughout the house was enjoyable. We'd read a review about the 3rd bedroom having a tight space for the pull out couch but its obviously since been replaced with an actual bed and all rooms and bathrooms had a good amount of space. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our third stay. The pool, hot tub and views are second to none! The decor is stylish and true to its mid-century mod era. That said, the decor was lovely but unrelentingly difficult to live with -- awkward but stylish couch & chairs with no end tables or ways to sit and relax and enjoy the knockout views from the living room; beautiful but tres dangerous glass coffee table (you can't see it!); lovely, slippery marble bath floors with small fluffy, slippery rugs, fab rain shower heads that require you to stand beneath them when you turn the faucet (cold!) on. We loved the look of the well-styled home and being outside was heaven, but found ourselves tiring of the caution needed to enjoy the beautiful interior.

A pleasant stay

This property is located very close to all the places we wanted to visit. It never took us more than 15 minutes to get to where we wanted. On the first day, we had some issues with the heating, but it was quickly addressed by Tooraj and he got it fixed immediately. The pool and hot tub were great to have for our more relaxed time and it had beautiful views as well. Overall a great stay and would recommend.

Heated pool and spa make January in San Diego great

Beautiful Home w/ Space!

Having 3 bathrooms was HUGE. There is nothing better than having enough space to feel comfortable and like you can breathe when traveling. The outdoor space was fantastic and same with the indoor space. Everything was perfect. Only thing I’d like to be different, which is a very personal opinion is the beetlejuice looking wallpaper in the bedroom. A little spooky while trying to sleep. Ha! Great place, and highly recommend!

Super stay at this lovely property in San Diego

My family loved our 4 nights at this great property. The location was really good, not far to drive in different directions and lovely having a view from being up high. Our kids adored the pool. Weather was hot so didn't use the hot tub much but great to have that option too. The rooms were very clean and nicely designed and everything was comfortable and easy. Host sent detailed information in advance which was very useful. Would highly recommend.

Empire of Chill.

Me and a few family members stayed at this place for a week and it is amazing. The views, amenities, neighborhood and access to everything. 5 mins from the airport. The house was terrific ( tvs and remotes could be better) but overall the property mgr was accessible and helpful.
