Charming Country House with Pool, Spa, and Garden
Nestled in the hills of Litchfield County, this charming country house is surrounded by 2.5 acres for lots of privacy, yet only minutes from the center of Washington Depot. The house features 4 large bedrooms with lots of closet space, a wisteria-covered patio, an inground spa and pool, and a gym/recreation room with exercise equipment. There are gardens bursting with flowers and, in the summertime, vegetables growing in the raised beds. Enjoy time in the large fenced-in yard and build a fire in the large fireplace or outdoor fire pit. The house has central air and heat, a fully stocked kitchen, and outdoor grill.
Washington Depot served as the inspiration for the show "Gilmore Girls" and has lots of charm and activities! Visit the Farmers Market on weekends or pop into the local art gallery and bookshop. There are miles and miles of hiking trails along with apple picking, wineries, and music venues.
