You can't see the beach from here but it was very close to beaches and a 10 min drive to stores ,jaylas bar and grill was very close had great burgers and amazing staff...

We loved everything about our stay here! It was close enough to stores if you needed to run for something you could but far enough from the noise it was so nice and relaxing! Right across from the beach! Will definitely be back!

Had a great stay and experience

We had a great stay at an ideal location. The RV was beautiful. clean and very spacious. The host was very responsive and provided awesome customer service. It is very close to the beach, bait stand, restaurants and stores, yet quiet and off the beaten path. It is great place for a nice getaway. Highly recommend renting at this RV park.

Very nice, clean and large RV. We had a very comfortable stay even though it rained most of the time. Only sort of negative was internet service can be spotty, but why go to the beach for internet?

The unit is literally right next to a dumpster, and the host is not onsite. The stench was so bad we could not sleep. There was hair and toenail clippings inside the pull out bed, but worse than the rv was the location. Everything is rusted, the property grounds are covered in stickers and weeds, the grill is unusable, and there is no way to sit outside because of the smell. When we left two nights early because of the disgusting conditions, I was honest and requested a partial refund. It was denied because I didn’t complain soon enough and I had already cleaned the hairballs— no evidence. So much for trying to make the best of things. Too bad travelers insurance does not cover false advertising. I would not consider this property safe for pets or children.

It would have been nice to use the awning to enjoy the outdoors more. Also instructions for turning the outside lights on and off. Over all we enjoyed our stay. Just remember to wear shoes anytime you go out the sand spurs are horrible.
