Keyless Entry: No need to worry about losing keys or coordinating check-in times. Our property is equipped with a secure and convenient keyless entry system. Just enter your unique code on the keypad, and you're in! This offers you the freedom to arrive after your approved check in time at your own convenience, without any hassle.

Other things to note:
We have two exterior security cameras, one above the front door and one at the side corner of the home, for security purposes and to verify the number of guests and dogs.

Absolutely NO SMOKING on the premises.

No “Hangover” type parties.

Please note, the primary renter must be at least 25 years or older.

We allow up to two dogs, pending size and breed approval. The dog fee is $100 per dog. Please contact us if you would like to bring your dog(s) so we can send you a custom quote. DO NOT BOOK WITH A DOG WITHOUT APPROVAL. Please note: your dog (s) can never be left alone in the house unless crated.

Parking is free with 4 driveway spaces on the side of the property. Plenty of room for RV in the grassy area. All transit in Warner Robins is via personal cars - no city transit available, but Uber & Lyft is available.

Portable Heaters and Box Fans supplied for added comfort!
Fireplace is currently non-operational.
