Great location

Great location for our family wedding. Clean space with two showers was great. There are a few things that needed fixing ( faucet, knobs) but nothing interfering with our stay. Great communication with host company. Would stay again

Fountain city

The place was very nice The only MAJOR issue we had was having HOT water We called and still the master bedroom never got HOT water which made it inconvenient for 4 people to shower in a timely manner Recommend taking care of this issue before you rent again

We did come out twice after you called and had hot water both times. We even offered pictures how to position the handles in the shower. We hope you and your group had a good start to the new year and thank you for staying with us.

Fountain Inn - Flannery Street

Wonderful rental. Bonus was a Christmas tree. HOWEVER - we won't likely be back because we were NOT able to watch any Thanksgiving football games on TV. PlutoTV didn't air any. Additionally, it was nice to have a basket of snacks in the kitchen, yet, in the bedroom, was a bar code to scan to purchase a $2 bottle of water????!!!!

Thank you so much for leaving us a review. Our smart TV allows for you to sign into any streaming service you subscribe to and I wonder if that would have allowed you to watch the Thanksgiving game? Yes we provide some free bonus snacks and offer some premium bottles of water for sale for your convenience. We hope you made it into 2025 well and all the best to you and your family!

Family Visit

The property is good overall and in a nice quiet area. GVL communicated promptly on any issues we had before and during our 10 day stay. They even had high chair available. The house is equipped with most everything except basic spices. The outside of the house needs cleaning and there are no screens for fresh air. Master bedroom mattress & box spring, kitchen faucet & kitchen light needs replacing.

1.Excellent customer service. Responded quickly. Very friendly 2. Comfortable but squeaky beds 3. Need a microwave 4. Need blinds to front door and back door windows. Need some in kitchen window 5. Windows needs cleaning. Brush up on the cleaning of entire house. 6. Better instructions on WiFi and TV use 7. Need room deodorizers in entire house- old house smell 8. Master bathroom shower water took long time to get warm

This was our second time staying at this house. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Cute house, easy access to surrounding towns and there is a lot of growth in the area so there was even more food options.
