New apartment with three suites, the master with hydromassage and mirror on the ceiling ...

All dormitories have double box beds, split air conditioning, gas heating.

The apartment also has washing machine, microwave, electric oven, barbecue on the balcony, 10mega wifi internet, 50 inch tv in the living room, 32 inch tv in the master suite, finely furnished.

Two individual and closed parking spaces, but for small and medium size cars, corolla, fusion, tiguan, HRV. Does not fit vans and large SUVs. Building located 100 meters from the sea and close to shopping malls, market, pharmacies, banks. You don't even have to get the car out of the garage.

Apartamento fora de série, novo e muito bem conservado. O Carlos é muito prestativo ao responder as dúvidas. Apartamento perto de tudo, só tirei o carro da garagem para voltar para casa. Minha primeira opção para outras viagens a Itapema. Único senão, que não tem a ver com o apartamento mas com o crescimento da cidade, é a grande quantidade de edifícios em construção no entorno, o que causa um pouco de barulho durante o dia, mas à noite é tudo tranquilo.

Apartamento muito bom, novo, bem mobiliado e sua localização é próxima ao Koch supermercado e a avenida central. O Carlos, o proprietário. me atendeu da melhor maneira possível. Somente a garagem para pick-up, como era meu caso, é um pouco apertada. Mas recomendo, e também pretendo voltar.

Única ressalva fica por conta das imagens que mostram o imóvel dizendo ter piscina, porém a mesma, e área social, só é possível para o proprietário e não para os inquilinos. Imóvel muito bom, espaçoso, limpo e móveis novos. Recomendo. Foi muito agradável.
