The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash all dirty dishes and put in dish strainer- No need to put away.
Place all used Bedding, towels and washcloths in shower
Bag all garbage and place in big black garbage can in garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If property is not left according to the cleaning list it will be subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee.
If using extra extension cords besides the one provided please do not run them out of the windows, please run them out the garage door.

Quiet, safe, and homey!!!

We really wanted a quiet retreat while doing things in Huntsville. This was a perfect place. We felt safe enough to leave our teen and 10-yr-old there while we went to see LeeAnn Morgan at the Von Braun Center. Very clean and comfortable. Again, had we stayed in Huntsville, it would not have been this quiet! Thank you!
