Very centrally located cozy apartment. Building right across from wonderful seafront boulevard, 2 min walking distance to Old CIty. Around corner from the busiest street of Baku with many shops and cafes. Apartment is on 4th floor and there's an elevator in the building.

Spacious bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. 2 balconies, one private, another shared with 3 other apartments. Comfortably accommodates 4 adults or 4 adults + 1 teen/kid. Recently changed internet provided and its very fast now, ideal for remote work.
