So please make The Suite Inn your choice for a wonderful experience in our picturesque New Hampshire community. The town was granted by Colonial Governor Benning Wentworth in 1759 to four young men of Portsmouth, and named "Wolfeborough" in honor of English General James Wolfe, who had been victorious at the Battle of the Plains of Abraham in 1759 during the French and Indian War. In 1763, 2,300 acres (930 ha) were added to the 60 acres (24 ha) reserved for the governor. Colonial Governor John Wentworth, his nephew, established an estate on the site, known as Kingswood. Built in 1771 beside what is now called Lake Wentworth, this was the first summer country estate in northern New England. Settled in 1768, the town was incorporated in 1770.

Clean and the perfect location to all that Wolfeboro has to offer. The only thing I would have changed was receiving the check-in information ahead of time, otherwise, I would love to come back again.
Fabulous location in the heart of Wolfeboro walking distance to everything ! Cathy the host was wonderful and made our stay effortless. Can’t wait to return !
Great location downtown with the ability to walk to shops and restaurants. Large living space with functional kitchen. Very important to my wife was the comfortable bed in the main bedroom. The host was great and we will be going back in a few weeks for another stay.
This condo is right in the heart of Wolfeboro and was very clean and comfortable. Host is responsive- we had a question about parking and she helped us right away. We will be back.
The Suite Inn is located in downtown Wolfeboro, near Lake Winnipesaukee. It's the perfect location for walking access to dinning and shopping, and short travel to beach areas. Many highlights of staying at The Suite Inn include spacious living quarters, kitchen with a full complement of appliances, free WiFi, and private bath.
Would definitely recommend The Suite Inn to anyone looking for a nice clean, convenient accommodation in Wolfeboro!
Property is great. Right above an ice cream parlor. This place features two nice bedrooms, a large living area and a full kitchen. There is nothing left to need. Also walking distance to stores and restaurants and the tour boat. But you must be able to do stairs.
This is a wonderfully spacious place in a perfect location. The rooms were big, the beds were comfy and the water pressure in the bathroom was awesome! The kitchen appeared to have everything you would need but I didn’t cook much so I can’t be sure. The stairs were quite steep but manageable with good railings. I would absolutely stay here again. ❤️
You simply can’t beat it. Something for everyone within steps of your door. Cathy was very responsive whenever we needed anything. Things to know up-front…window units worked great cooling the whole apartment during an unusually hot spell. There is no on-site parking…you can park for 2 hours at a time in public spaces in front of the apartment (and overnight) or you can use municipal parking a couple blocks away. There is no on-site laundry…bring a way to haul laundry up & down steep stairs or pack heavy. Let cathy know the specific cooking things you need beforehand…our unit lacked a cutting board, sheet pan, and pot holder (she got them for us quickly).
This is our second visit at the Suite Inn. The communication was a bit lacking this time. VRBO check out states before 11am. Cathy texted my cell the night before at 640pm but i didn't see it until 940pm to say we needed to check out at 10am. Normally I wouldn't have been too upset if that was stated at the beginning but not the night before checkout. I tried texting her back and got no response. I met her and she seems nice enough but this trip needed better communication. Oh, and a toaster.
Right off the town center, near all the amenities. Be aware most everything near by closes early. There is a full kitchen with all essentials if you want to cook. Fun cute room decor. Only con, window AC units are noisy but if you dont mind white noise its bearable.
This is our second stay at the Suite Inn and we love it! The location is great, it’s clean and comfortable, and Cathy is very accommodating. I can definitely recommend it!!
Perfect spot for holiday weekend. Close to relatives and events.
Great experience. Property manager was available and responded Quickly with answers to our questions. Unit was clean, comfortable and accommodating for our stay.
We loved the location and the apartment was large enough to accommodate 5 adults. The apartment itself was a little noisy (fridge, air con in 2nd bedroom, and floors). Outside noise woke us early (4am) with delivery trucks. Apartment has WiFi but we kept getting kicked off (not sure why). Apt.was centrally located which was excellent and we loved the lake and biking the Cotton valley rail trail!
This was the perfect place to have everything without actually having to drive anywhere. Shops, restaurants, waterfront & entertainment all within walking distance. Loved the time we spent there and would definitely stay there again.
Cathy hosts a lovely property, very functional, clean and super well located in heart of Wolfeboro. Apt building is old so don’t expect a modern apt and expect some uneven floors as old buildings will have. if you are good with that then you’ll find this to be a great place to stay.

Very good
This property is a beautiful, authentic apartment. Loved the decor and style. Spacious. Very clean. Comfortable beds. And in a fantastic central location. The only downside for some may be that there are 2 flights of very steep stairs to the top floor, there is no escalator.
I personally loved the apartment though.

Wonderfully charming place right in town!
The location alone would be enough to give the Suite Inn five stars. The suite was much bigger than I expected it to be and perfectly clean and comfortable. There may not be flat screen TVs or room service like a hotel chain but that's not the appeal that you get from staying here. All I can keep coming back to is the word charming. Having a full kitchen was also a huge bonus.
Once a year my friends and I plan a winter weekend in Wolfeboro to go ice fishing and catch up and we are so happy we found this place. I can only imagine in the summer it would be even better with being able to walk right to everything in town.
Cathy was great to work with and very responsive. Will definitely recommend this place to friends in the future.
