My husband and I spent 10 wonderful days at this property. The hosts bent over backwards to ensure our stay went well. The property is clean and comfortable. The outdoor kitchen was lovely and we had some amazing BBQ dinners. Also really enjoyed hanging around the pool. The property is away from Nassau so is very quiet.

Right from the moment we arrived, everything was great! Our host was very welcoming..our rooms were clean and modern. She was very helpful in terms of offering suggestions for beaches, or restaurants. I felt safe and comfortable my entire trip.

We stayed here for a week in October, the property is wonderful, well away from the madness of downtown Nassau, peaceful , spacious and well equipped .Our host Ann and her husband were possible the nicest, kindest people we have met on our travels, they picked us up from the airport , made us freshly brewed coffee each morning , shared ideas of places to visit and how to get there, nothing was too much trouble.The pool is lovely , the beds super comfortable , the outdoor kitchen is an added bonus.The beach is walkable, we hired a car(Ann took us to the rental place) which was great to get out and about.We would have no hesitation in recommending this place, we would love to return.Thankyou so much Ann x

A Bahamian Gem

Amazing place with pool and outdoor kitchen. Ann and her family could not be nicer as this is a new listing on VRBO. It is located away from the hustle and bustle of touristville Nassau which is what we wanted, 100% time in the sun, beautiful beaches and PitBoss BBQ! Loved every minute of it. Thanks Ann

The place was immaculately clean. Away from the hustle and bustle, so extremely quiet. Lovely pool right outside your door! The host is very attentive and went above beyond to make me comfortable when I was not feeling well and for that I am eternally grateful.

Close walking distance to the beach 10 -15 minutes … pool was the perfect size!! Host’s were very accommodating they had quick responses to any concerns or questions. We returned our rental car a couple days early the host offered to give us a ride to the airport.
