700sq ft 1+ Bedroom home with private front courtyard, updated home with full kitchen, beautiful bathroom, washer/dryer, ample comfy seating, a bedroom with queen bed, smart tvs in living and bed, private covered deck, den futon can accommodate 1 or 2 more
4 guest maximum, this is a quiet, well kept retreat, not a party house!
The space
This apartment is attached to another 3 bedroom unit that is also rented long term(1 month minimum), but there is a separate private entrance to both residences to maintain privacy of our guests! This property is located about 1 block to the nearest bus stop (under 15 minutes direct bus to University, 7 minutes to area hospitals ), 5 minute walk to extensive Willamette river paths that will take you through a scenic bike ride or walk. This path system is also a great way to get to and from the track trials, University, Autzen Stadium, PK park, downtown Eugene or Springfield.
The futon in den is slightly smaller than a full size bed so accommodates 1 very comfortably or up to 2 cuddly sleepers!

Guests will have full access to entire front Courtyard as well as private side deck off bedroom.
