We welcome one year renting with fixed special rate.

We don't book more than 2 months in advance unless it was approved first by the owner.

The rear building may be occupied with its own rear access from the alley. The rear building and garage are not part of this agreement and are not attached to the main front guest beach house. They are separated by a high gate and are completely independent of each other with their own
