Situated in an area with 50 feet of deep water at high tide, experience excellent fishing with the chance to catch redfish, speckled trout, and sheepshead right from your backyard dock.

Positioned at Marker 40 with 50ft deep water at high tide, it's just a 20-minute boat ride to Savannah and Hilton Head, offering you endless possibilities for exploration. The fishing in the area is excellent, and you can even catch redfish, speckled trout, and sheepshead right from the backyard dock.

As much as we love furry friends, pets are not allowed at this property.

This beautiful 3bdr home has a master bedroom, with a King bed, spacious master bath and is conveniently located on the ground floor. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 double beds and a bunk with a double bottom and single top. Jack n Jill bathroom and each bedroom have its own sink/toilet area. A cozy sitting room with a daybed and trundle is nestled in between. The large living room and kitchen boast an open concept, with a fully equipped kitchen and an inviting island for entertaining. Along with a half bath conveniently there for you or guests to use.

If you're interested in tasting the unique flavors of rum, bourbon, or vodka, distilled right here on the island, be sure to visit the Daufuskie Island Distillery. Interaction with Guests:
We will text you the entry code on day of check in along with the wifi password once the house is ready. Check in- 4pm and Check out- 10am
