Welcome to our beautifully, newly remodeled 3Bedroom/2Bathroom home. This home has everything any group needs for a relaxing vacation including live TV and corn hole. South Scottsdale features world class cuisine, shopping, golf, Spring Training and ASU - perfect landing pad for your next golf trip, shopping escapade or desert escape! - For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- We do not provide propane for the property's grill/ BBQ. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

- In the case of a refund request, the processing fees will not be refunded.
