We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect mix of peace and convenience. We love how quiet and safe it feels-ideal for relaxing days by the pool. One of our favorite things is the peek-a-boo views of the Catalina Foothills-a beautiful reminder of the desert landscape that surrounds us. The community is warm and welcoming. At the same time, it's just a short drive to great dining, shopping, and everything Tucson has to offer. Some of the best hiking trails in the area are close by, which makes it easy to enjoy the beauty of the Sonoran Desert. We also enjoy the quick drive into downtown Tucson for events, culture and entertainment. It's the best of both worlds-peaceful retreat with easy access to adventure

For snowbirds it's a relaxing retreat with warm weather, cozy fireplace, smart TV's, and a fully stocked kitchen. Families love the spacious layout, outdoor dining area with a BBQ and mini-fridge. Access to the Saguaro National parks and plenty of hiking trails. Plus, world class golf courses just minutes away, and the University of Arizona only 18 minutes down the road, you'll have the best of Oro Valley and Tucson right at your fingertips.
