Designed with an open living and dining area, this home is a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city. The living room features a sofa and a TV, where you can relax and watch your favourite movies on Netflix. The 6-seater dining table is available if guests wish to dine in.

There is also a spacious balcony with a seating area where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surroundings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

The two bedrooms contain luxurious King and Queen beds, with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The two bathrooms have all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a bathtub, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your health and safety.

My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay.

The apartment building is in an excellent location for business travellers, families and holiday goers. Right by the Dubai Marina, you can find plenty of things to do in the area. You could also head to the Dubai Marina mall, only <10> minutes on foot, for grocery and leisurely shopping. Marina Beach and Skydive Dubai are all in the vicinity. There are also plenty of restaurants within a <10> minute walk from the home.

The Dubai Marina walk, a <10> minute walk away, which lines the waterfront has a selection of cosmopolitan restaurants. At the same time, the palm tree-lined boardwalk connects the many towers in the development, the gardens and the marina.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version, Careem App, are available in the city.

Marina Promenade Waterbus Station is just a 2-minutes walk away.
DXB Airport is 27 mins away by car.
Marina Walk is just 9 mins away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 21 mins away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 6 mins away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 16 mins away by car.

This is a self-check-in property, and you'll need to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
