Welcome to my home!

Our apartment is composed of:
- A living room with a comfy sitting area, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee table. A dining table for 2 is at your disposal.
- A bedroom with a queen bed that will be made up with hotel-quality linen.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and all the kitchenware that you need. There's also a washer that you can use.
- A bathroom with a bathtub.

Fresh towels and bedsheets are provided, along with complimentary toiletries, cleaning, and sanitization before your arrival.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

This property is managed by GuestReady on behalf of its owner, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 if you need any help during your visit. As this is a personal home, we kindly ask that you treat it with care.

Fed by the circular boulevard, it is within walking distance of Creek Marina — a one-of-a-kind waterfront destination brimming with shops and restaurants — and only a 15-minute drive from Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport.

Offering enchanting views of the Creek Marina, with the backdrop of Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai on one side and the beautifully landscaped parkland on the other, every day breaks onto a picturesque panorama. Set among a host of gourmet restaurants, vibrant cafés, and world-class entertainment venues, Harbour Views presents you and your family with the chance to create unforgettable memories.

Dubai Creek Harbour is placed in proximity to all Dubai's main hubs. It takes 15 minutes to Dubai DXB International Airport and 45 minutes to Al Maktoum DWC International Airport. From here Downtown Dubai is 15 minutes away from Dubai Downtown, 20 minutes from Business Bay and DIFC areas, and 30 minutes from Dubai Marina.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
