4 Parking Passes per unit, however only 2 vehicles can park at the building and the 3rd and 4th vehicles MUST park across from their building parallel to the curb.
ALL golf carts MUST be parked parallel to the curb across from the buildings and not in parking spaces.
No Grilling within 20ft of any building
