Thank you for your feedback. We were aware of the issue with the door code and provided a hard key for your use while a new automatic lock was installed to improve access. However, we were not made aware of any other concerns during your stay, such as the ice maker, lack of broom or mop, or mattress condition. Had we known about these, we would have addressed them promptly to ensure a more comfortable experience. We appreciate your input and will continue working to improve our guests’ stays.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is good & clean but desperately needs new mattresses for the beds! The condo is in a good location and good views of the pool & beach from the small balcony. For ones sleeping on twin beds, may want to bring a fan if like having air movement while sleep.

Very close to Beach and shopping. Unit was clean but had bare essentials. The pillows were like rocks and the towels were very rough and small. We stayed for a week and were only given two rolls of tp and one trash bag. Overall I would stay again if they updated those items.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an awesome time in Orange Beach. This condo is located directly in front of the public Beach parking. The view from this particular condo was the best in the building as it extends out further and right over the swimming pool. The only things that need to be updated is the refrigerator as it leaks water and freezes into the refrigerator (even when set at appropriate temp), the bed downstairs was definitely not a queen and very hard. The front door did not seal well, when the wind picked up it had very high pitched howls. The things described would not keep me from renting again.
