Hello Cathy, This is the Operations Manage. I wanted to Address some of the issues on the review and clear up any misleading communication. I went back through all of the messages and didnt see any of the issues you were stating. The only thing I can think of is that you contacted VRBO directly instead of using the platform. Our Girls only use the platform to communicate, not the phone. We communicate through the platform to have documentation for the well being of our Guests and ourselves if needed. I will reachout personally to a Guest by phone if the Girls are unable to assist someone. I am notified immediately of any issues. I want to let you know that we would never let any Guest sit outside for hours not being able to get in, then offer a refund because you could not get in. My Husband has personally gone out to help any Guests if they are unable to work the smart lock and ensure they get in safely. We also, would never tell any Guests, We can not get in touch with the Owner, because It is our job as the Management Company to handle everything for the Owner. Again, I am truly sorry for all of the stress that VRBO seemed to cause you during your travels.
