Great spot

We stayed with the family for a couple of days and all of us loved it. It got really cold outside while we were there and the heater worked perfectly. The owner communicated with us with whatever question we had. Definitely going again!

Wonderful stay in beautiful River Ranch

The ease of check-in and the ease of just staying in an on-site RV was so much better than us bringing our own. The RV had everything we needed to stay comfortably. The park was beautiful and we had a great time.

Such a great experience!!!

I would highly recommend this property. It was clean and well furnished. My children loved the pull out queens and my husband I were very happy in the bedroom. It is in a great location and we plan on coming back for sure!!!

Weekend stay

We stayed for car show weekend. RV felt even bigger than the pictures showed. Didn’t have to bring anything but our own food. Would definitely come back.

Patio

The outdoor patio was in terrible condition. There was green standing water on the furniture covers, and it was disgusting. We loved the River Ranch area and saw many other well-maintained places to stay. We’ll definitely be back—but not here. The owner asked me to take a picture of the golf cart gas level to ensure it was full when we returned it. It was not full when we received it, and we returned it at the same level. She also claimed she had just been there the week prior and insisted there couldn’t have been that much green water on the patio. I have photos to show otherwise, if needed
