This was perfect for my friend and I and three children. The host promptly answered one question I had. Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay!

Overall good
Just a few things need to be fixed but I discussed with owner other than that it was great . The grandchildren and my husband enjoyed the bikes . The beds were comfortable and short ride / walk to the beach !
Clean and well stocked. The only negative is the coin laundry. It is very inconvenient for families and the laundry facility is unbearably hot. If you travel with children as I did, be mindful you have to find quarters on the island and walk a good distance with your baskets and supplies.

Deborah- glad y’all were happy with our condo! The laundry is a 300 foot walk & hot in the summer, but the attic fan should have been working - I’ll check on that - thx!
A comfortable and convenient place to stay. It has the casual feel of a beach house. Some minor paint chips/wall scuffs, but completely functional. Really comfortable beds, nice bedding and towels. Easy walk to beach, coffee shop, and some restaurants. Grocery and drugstore just a short drive. Trey was very responsive - I messaged a non-urgent question and received an answer less than 5 minutes later. We enjoyed our stay!
Initial impression was good. Lots of room for our family of three. My grandson had the room all to his self to play his play station. The bikes were a pleasant surprise. The patio was surprisingly quite to be next to the roadway. Easy access to Demere St in both directions and close enough to the beach to take the bikes...straight down Arnold St.
We loved the condo. Trey's check in process was easy and convenient. There was toilet paper and paper towels, plus hand soap and othere cleaning products. There were plenty of towels including beach towels. The decor is cute. The bedspreads and shower curtain was new and super cute and comfy. Trey was super quick to respond to questions and a small plumbing issue.
St. Simons island iscite and quaint. The brach is a short distance from thecondo. Plus no parking fees, which can be annoying. We went down to Jeykyll Island to the Georgia Turtle Hospital. I highly recommend it.
Our 11 days in this condo was fabulous!
The condo is very dated. I’d venture to say most of the interior is original. There was a large stain on the carpeting in the bedroom. Grout needs to be repaired in bathroom shower. I would have appreciated a handrail on the lower stairwell as well as a handrail leading to the front door.
Instructions on how to use appliances/TV would be nice. A folder with menus and things to see and do would have been helpful.
The owner left three bicycles to use. Our disabilities prevent us from riding bicycles. However, the bikes would be a great way to get around.
The neiborhood is very safe. The condo is near the beach, Village, fishing, shopping and food.
My husband and I fished off the pier the entire time.

Condo is updated to beach vintage with board and batten living area and newly painted. New stain/grout addressed. Event book is in tv drawer. Good idea on the railing. We’re so glad y’all had a great time fishing, too! Come again!

This location was great, but...
Though small, the home itself could use some attention. A lack of wine glasses was the 1st thing I noticed, and we laughed that off and used the plastic. The cover on an over-stuffed chair in the family room was held together with safety pins, which really floored me. Both the upholstered chair and sleeper sofa sorely need replacement, as there is no support left in either. Also they smell of urine, to the extent that we went to the nearest grocery for aerosol spray and solid air fresheners for the baths. Towel rings in both baths would also be a nice touch, as there was no place to hang a hand towel in the half-bath at all. But the biggest issue was finally finding the removed Smoke Detector from the kitchen stuffed up in a cabinet when I was searching for replacement bags for the trash can. I don't know if a smoker might have rented the house recently, but it was a concern.

As always a call would solve any issue - but thx for the critical review. Glad to know smoke detector was removed - now replaced. We had a prior tenant bring a dog without permission - all now steam cleaned. We use plastic wine glasses - glass not safe. We appreciate your stay!
Overall, this is a pretty good unit to stay in. Bedrooms were very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing in the living room. The bikes were such a treat and our ride to the beach nearby one afternoon was a highlight of the trip. Thankful for the bike tire air pump. Well stocked with the things you need for a nice stay. Safe location with easy access to everything on St. Simons Island and beyond. There were a few superficial things that could use improvement (lots of spots paint could use some touch-up) and the lowest set of stairs felt a little unsteady each time we walked up and down. The check-out instructions posted on the fridge were not up to date, so we messaged the owner for clarification and got a fast response. This is not the fault of the owner by any means, but the neighbor had a big dog out on the front lawn each day which growled at us multiple times! It was tied up on a very long lead but made me nervous. Other than that it was a very quiet area. The laundry is nice, and recycling area was nice to see. We didn't swim in the pool because it was too cold but it clearly is a nice amenity to have during warmer months. In general, a good little spot to stay for exploring St. Simons Island.
Great location as far as amenities but the townhome only has 1 & 1/2 bathrooms we were told 2 1/2. It felt dirty & I killed 2 roaches inside the kitchen. The carpet smells musty & the shower curtain lining had mold. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! The neighbors were noisy with drilling and hammering going on & loud music played at night until 2:00 am. Love a refund!!!
Myself, husband, son and daughter enjoyed this rental. Easy walk to beach or shops. Beds were wonderful. Enjoyed having everything needed in kitchen. Played ping pong while doing laundry in the laundry area. Neighbors and their fur babies very nice. Will definitely return.
This property is a little piece of island heaven. Trey was very responsive and easy to work with. Will definitely look to stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.
The condo was a nice unit in an older complex. We came to relax, eat seafood, and just get away from home for awhile. We slept the best we have anywhere except for the last night knowing we would be leaving the next day 😕. We enjoyed bocce in the mornings at Epworth Park and the swimming pool in the afternoons. Iguanas for shrimp and a great crab sandwich. Frosty’s for a great slaw dog and burger. Thanks Trey for the great accommodations!
