The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil any culinary requirement. There is also a washer available for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second has a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please note that there is construction around the building as this is a developing area still. The building next door is under construction.

Guests will have access to the entire home, including the building's shared facilities, such as the pool and the gym.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Dubai Creek is a historical neighbourhood in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, along the Dubai Creek waterway. It is home to various cultural and historical attractions, including the Dubai Museum, Sheikh Saeed Al Maktoum House, and the Gold Souk. Visitors can also enjoy a traditional abra boat ride along the creek, explore the many local markets, or sample some delicious Middle Eastern cuisines. The area is popular with tourists and locals and offers a unique glimpse into Dubai's rich history and culture.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest train station, Creek Metro Station, is just a 10-minute drive.

DXB Airport is 12 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just 23 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 11 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 18 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 22 minutes away by car.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

Please note that there is construction around the building as this is a developing area still.

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
