The tiny home is an accessory dwelling unit/guesthouse and sits behind the main home on the property, access to the tiny home is through the side gate. It features 1 loft bedroom, living room, kitchen with eat in nook and 1 full bathroom. Like many tiny homes, the stairway to the loft bedroom is steep and narrow, take care and use the provided handrail.

Guests have designated parking in the driveway for up to 2 cars. The fenced backyard is shared with guests staying in the main home on the property.

Beautiful Home

Our first experience in a tiny home. Beautiful, comfortable, clean and quiet, with off street parking. Within walking distance to Duke Hospital. Only con is the stairs are small and steep.

Perfect little house!

This tiny house is lovely and does not feel tiny. The layout is smart…feels very spacious. It has more than enough room for 2-4 people. It is decorated very tastefully and is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom is pretty large, the neighborhood is quiet other than a nearby train track. The house is well built and insulated so you really don’t hear much noise inside. I highly recommend this house and would definitely rent it again if we come back to Durham!
