This beautiful renovated condo was in perfect condition and the kitchen was so well equipped that I was able to help with preparations for our daughter’s Thanksgiving dinner. Such a comfortable stay and our host was so very gracious. Would book this condo again in a heart beat!!

Hi! Great stay - we’d absolutely stay again. The place was really clean and had every extra amenity we needed. Loved the ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Great for families visiting Belmont or Vanderbilt. You can walk everywhere.

This condo is just as pictured. Great location, comfortable beds and well stocked with all the necessities. Only thing missing from the kitchen was wine glasses. The property manager was very responsive. We also enjoyed the outdoor space and bag toss. Would recommend!

The unit was very clean and welcoming. Nice hand soap in the bathroom, Keurig K cups available, laundry detergent and dish detergent stocked— all the little details were attended to. The kitchen was stocked well with anything you’d need to fix a simple meal. Our host responded immediately to all messages and had plenty of recommendations to make our little family getaway perfect. I’d rent this unit or any unit from this host again and again!

Pros: location was convenient. The property was appropriately described. The unit was clean and offered good and plentiful amenities. The host was attentive and quick to respond. The unit was nicely decorated. Full sized appliances were a plus. Cons: The street the property is on is small and difficult to spot in a heavily congested area. No garbage disposal. I discovered a spider, unfortunately. The beds had a mattress on a metal frame and the mattresses slid. The sofa was uncomfortable. Only foam pillows were available. It is a tiny apartment. I would have liked more electrical outlets. Couldn’t figure out how to get the ice make working.

We're glad you enjoyed the convenient location, found the home to be clean and accurately described, and appreciated the amenities, As we're located in the city, traffic and navigating smaller streets can be part of the urban experience. We also don't advertise an ice maker as an amenity. Regarding the spider, while an occasional one can make its way inside, we have regular pest control service to help keep the property in great condition.
