About this property

4 Bedrooms, 7 Beds, 3 Baths

This beautiful 2.5 acre fully fenced in private property has gardens, an in-ground pool um& pool house with an outdoor heated shower. Our home offers 2 kitchens, dining room seating 12, a great room, 3 bedrooms with private sitting areas & lower level with 2 bunk beds (bottoms are full beds) & exercise area. Outside are 2 grills & chiminea. We are 3 miles from the beach, shopping/cafes, 45 minutes from Boston (on a train route) and 20 minutes to Cape Cod.

2 full kitchens with stoves, fridges, microwaves & dishwashers.
3 separate bedrooms w/ sitting areas on the 3rd level
1 bedroom on walk out level; 2 bunk beds with 2 full size beds on bottom and 2 twin beds on top
The dining room seats 12, can accommodate 2 more comfortably

All three levels have central air conditioning. Window air conditioning units exist in each of the upper bedrooms as we've found that guests often like their sleeping temperature at different levels.

Cable with movie channels & wifi

Lower level for teens or singles to watch tv, play games in a dormitory setting.
A main family room that will seat 10+ & a separate living room for conversations without distraction

The property includes manicured gardens and a natural perimeter. Plenty of room for outside games! Walk the property to enjoy the flora & fauna.

Bedrooms include guest towels and the pool house includes plenty of beach towels for the pool.
Bedroom bureaus & closets easily accommodate guest belongings.

Within 5 minutes, plenty of shopping, restaurants, grocery & beverage stores!
