New on VRBO - be one of the first to stay in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom historic beach bungalow! City ordinances require us to rent for a month but at these rates you could stay as long as you like and still pay less than you would at any comparable short-term rental.

Just 60 steps to world-famous, dog-friendly North Clearwater Beach. This section of beach remains peaceful all year round thanks to a no street parking ordinance.

Step inside and you'll find everything you need for a memorable beach vacation. Primary bedroom has a king bed with en suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms with a second bathroom can accommodate up to 5 of your friends and family. Open floor plan makes for easy entertaining, with a separate sunroom that's perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee.

Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and towels are provided — everything you need for a comfortable day at the beach. Finish the day grilling and dining on the backyard patio, or walking/taking the Jolley Trolley to local restaurants & bars. Other amenities include fast WiFi, central heat and AC, brand new washer & dryer, outdoor shower, 100% cotton bedding, ample off-street parking and more. Beautiful Beach Bungalow

Very cute house with beach decor, 175 steps from the sandy beach :) Easy parking with circular driveway, convenient outside shower to rinse the sand after a visit to the beach. We stayed for 3 months, the owner is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for helping us make fun memories! :-)

Fantastic House at the Beach!

What an amazing house in the perfect location. The house came fully equipped with everything anyone could need. The beach chairs and umbrella were a perfect set up after a very short walk to a beautiful beach that only had a very few people on any given day. The walk to Caladesi Island was easy and many shells and treasures were found on the way. The three bedroom, two bath set up of the house allowed the guests I had a very comfortable space. The living room was super comfortable and I can't say enough about the porch. It was a perfect spot to read a book. I even had one friend who loved it and chose to nap out there every day she was there. The communication with Velia was outstanding. She responded to all my questions and even gave many suggestions on places to eat and things to do. I highly recommend this rental house!! Thanks Velia- many beautiful memories were made!

A Winter Spent Just Steps from the Beach

My wife and I stayed at the property for 7 weeks (late January into mid March). We hosted numerous family and friends. Everyone loved the place. It was a two minute walk to a somewhat secluded section of the beach, or you could walk 15 minutes to the crowded areas of the beach as well as numerous shops and restaurants. Even though it was just months after two hurricanes had hit the area, the house was in great shape and was well stocked. There were still a number of other homes in the neighborhood that were being repaired following the hurricanes.Our host Velia was very communicative and gave us good recommendations about the area.If there was any downside, we found sometimes using the causeway for getting off or getting back on Clearwater Beach island could be slow as it is a popular destination. Some of the slowness was caused by road repairs that were taking place during our stay.Would definitely stay again!
