Guarded gated resort style community. 15 minutes from Clearwater Beach and 20 minutes away from Tampa International Airport. Only 2.5 miles away from the beautiful Cove Cay Golf Club. The space: Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo (Sleeps 8 comfortably). Luxuriously decorated and newly renovated. Free WiFi in the pool area/clubhouse and Free WiFi within the condo. 4K High Definition TV with over 200 cable channels. Washer and Dryer located inside of the apartment. The kitchen is fully stocked with a dish washer and a full set of dishes (Pots and pans included). Guest access: Guest will enjoy having 100% access to swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, tennis court, playgrounds, clubhouse, boat docks and fishing piers. Interaction with guests: 100% your own place during your stay!!! Other things to note: 1.5 mile Bay Walk where you can watch the dolphins. 2.5 mile drive to the beautiful Cove Cay Golf Club.

We enjoyed the property. The location met our needs perfectly. One down side was the lack of elevators for moving into the unit. 3 floors up, carting clothing and our other supplies for a 4 month stay. We communicated regularly with the owner, who responded quickly to any questions, followed by rapid resolution of issues. The overall size of the unit was very generous. Cleanliness, upon moving in, could /should be improved. The kitchen, bathroom, and cleaning supplies in the unit were the best, most comprehensive, we have seen in the mutliple units in which we have stayed. The heating/cooling system worked to perfection. Parking proved to be very close to the unit with many available spaces.

This unit was nicely furnished And very clean. The location was great for spring Training with the Yankees, Philadelphia and Toronto all within a 30 minute drive. 15 minutes to the beach and Clearwater Restaurants. Also near the much quieter Dunedin area. Only downside was the lack of a balcony. Still we would stay there again.

Very nice condo. It was very clean and comfortable. Location was convenient to many stores and attractions. We really appreciated the secure gated entrance as we were vacationing as a girls trip. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. It was a nice bonus to have a free car wash station right on the property. After many trips to the beach it was nice to vacuum the rental car prior to returning it. Great place to stay. Would love o return one day!

The condo was lovely, had all everything we needed for our stay.

Had a lovely time celebrating with family. The property was perfect for our stay and close enough to beaches, grocery stores etc. With easy access to major roads. We especially liked the walking path which allowed us to walk daily and enjoy the beautiful views of Tampa Bay. And if I had any questions Steve was quick to respond. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
