Our condo that is centrally located to all attractions about 7 min away from Gulf Coast of Mexico at Clearwater Beach and all popular restaurants perfect for families and small groups of friends that want an affordable stay. Whether it’s a romantic evening, or gathering of friends and family, or a relaxing time for reflection. This affordable condo is 90 minutes away Walt Disney, Universal Studios & Sea World. Available free parking, gym & pool.

The space
The condo has 2 bedrooms. 1st bedroom is the Master Suite with a Queen Size Bed (2ppl) and an on-suite bathroom and a TV to enjoy. 2nd bedroom has a 1 queen size bed (2ppl) and another 1 single bed fitting (1ppl) along with 2nd full bathroom as well as a spacious living room. The living room has 1 Queen Sofa Bed with comfortable mattress that sleeps (2ppl) for use with extra blankets and pillows. You may also enjoy sleeping on our very comfortable sectional couch. The condo includes 55” Smart TV in the living room and WIFI throughout the condo.

We provide the kitchen appliances and accessories to make it easier for guests to cook and enjoy staying in.
The breakfast table and dining experience is located directly in the on the island of the kitchen that fits another 4 people with a granite top with extra chairs available.

We did not have a great stay. There were 4 major problems:1. A/C didn't work...it was 82 degrees both nights. Host tried to fix it but couldn't get it done. Host did give us a small discount. 2. 2nd shower mechanism didn't work.3. One of the 2 elevators didn't work, making for a lot of extra walking.4. We has to reset the breaker to get hot shower.Condo was ok, but the building is dated. We wouldn't stay there again.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. There is a strong odor throughout the building, and inside the condo it smelled like old cigarette smoke. Since smoking is allowed in the building, it may be coming from other units.The washing machine did not appear clean, and I didn't feel comfortable using it. The dishwasher unit also was loose, as if it was falling out of the cabinets. Additionally, the couch felt quite worn and heavily used. The rugs had visible stains, and the bath mats did not seem clean or regularly maintained.Overall, the unit could benefit from better maintenance and upkeep.

The condo was wonderful and very quiet. Very close to market, stores and great restaurants. Sandy responded immediately to having to replace the AC unit which was much appreciated. Everything we needed to cook was available. Highly recommend staying here.

We booked this stay for Thanksgiving 2021. When we drove up and got out I was truly shocked at the condition of the lobby and elevator. The lobby was very dirty including the walls and the floor and the SMELL was awful. The elevator is in terrible shape and also very dirty. When u arrive at the floor of the apartment there is spilled paint all over the floor outside of the elevator. The floor, walls and doors of the apartments are dirty. Entering the apartment it didn’t smell clean. The kitchen floor counters and knobs were sticky. The bathroom towels were either stained or dirty. We used the beach towels we brought to shower. The sheets on the bed I don’t think were clean. They didn’t smell clean. There was mold in both showers. The couch and carpets were filthy. Couldn’t sit on the couch due to the visible grime on it. I had white slippers that I wore for the four days before arriving and the bottoms were clean from another hotel. When I left the apartment they were black on the bottom. During our stay 3 police officers showed up at a neighbor’s door. The apartment was neat but not clean and I wouldn’t recommend staying there and I would never stay there again.

Rough appearing neighborhood

The neighbourhood is very rough and sketchy. The building is old, the elevator is tore up. Outside, drug dealers, day and night exchanging hands. No care about who’s nearby; while we parked & got our stuff out of the car with our kids. It was uncomfortable. While waiting for my wife to throw something in the trashcan and return to the car, for a brief moment we stopped by the door. A man stopped to yell & threaten us. He claimed to own the building and according to him, we came from out of town to congest traffic. If so, that was extremely unprofessional; if it wasn’t for visitors, that’d hurt his way of living. The apartment itself really had everything in it it was just dirty carpets stained and the ceiling fans had a bunch of dust on it and the top sheets on the bed probably not changed overall I will not go back to that place ever again.

The room was clean, and fully stocked with kitchen and bathroom items. We were close to the beach and appreciated having beach towels and lounge chairs. The bedrooms were large and the furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen was spacious even for a large family.

Fabulous location!

We spent several days at this location. There were several of us but it was never crowded. It is so close to everything especially the Beach!! We would definitely recommend this VRBO and hope there is a next time. We will surely stay here again
