- The balcony has been winterized for the winter season and is currently unavailable until the spring season.
- For Winter Weather: During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours "after" the snowfall has ended.

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:
1. Sign our short-term rental agreement This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.
2. Complete ID verification All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.
3. Choose your damage protection option You’ll have two options to finalize your booking: – Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay. OR – Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules. Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.
All requirements are clearly communicated and handled securely through our trusted guest portal.
Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.
We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the suite that record to the cloud 24/7.
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Leave all used bath towels on the bathroom floor.
- Place TV remotes back where they belong.
- Close any windows (if opened)
- Bag all the garbage and make sure to double-tie all bags.
- Do a final walk-thru to check for personal belongings. Please send us a quick message when head out so we can alert our cleaners.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- No smoking of any kind. Penalty: $500 + tax fee
- Unregistered guests will be charged a $40 fee/person.
- Quiet time hours between 10 PM and 7AM.
- Extra cleaning fees apply if home is left messy

Their property was in the perfect location for us. A lot of unique shops, amazing restaurants, pubs, clubs etc within a 5-15 minute walk. Very safe area, very private rental unit. Don’t miss out, if it’s available BOOK IT!
Fantastic location and great accommodation for a family holiday weekend in Edmonton! We were close to Whyte and made getting around the city so easy. Also a perfect set up for two couple and a 3 month old to join! Would recommend for anyone coming in to town!
