What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing: - Being centrally located, our neighbourhood is a bustle and can be quite loud at all times of the day, but our brand new suite does buffer this noise quite well! - We do not have A/C and it may get warmer in the summer months, however opening up windows will create a great cross breeze to cool down the suite fast! - This home does have another suite that is also a short term rental AND is not accessible to our guests.
Whether you just want to relax on your plush queen bed, read a book by the large windows, take a nap on the couch or get some work done at the kitchen table, this guest suite has everything you need to enjoy your visit.
Our guest suite comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 queen size beds, and a queen pullout couch in the living room - all beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Our suite also has a full sparkling clean washroom with shower, sink, and toilet so everyone can get ready for their day quickly!

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:
1. Sign our short-term rental agreement This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.
2. Complete ID verification All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.
3. Choose your damage protection option You’ll have two options to finalize your booking: – Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay. OR – Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules. Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.
Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.

There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Review Title: Clean Property, But Poor Communication and Extra ChargesThe property was clean and in a good location, but the booking process was frustrating and the communication felt impersonal. When I asked to add one guest, the host delayed responding and then charged 15 per day for two days, even though the listing stated extra charges only apply after two guests (our reservation was for three).I inquired several times about early check-in as we were driving five hours and had an event shortly after arrival. Each time, I received delayed, generic chatbot-style responses, often filled with dashes as though the template had not been completed. Clear answers never came. Only two hours before check-in did I finally receive a fee schedule for early access (60 at 10am, 40 at noon, 20 at 2pm), along with instructions to pay by e-transfer to an address that also appeared incomplete. This made it extremely difficult to plan and gave the impression of added charges being introduced at the last minute.The damage deposit process was also unclear, with only two options: a 700 preauthorization plus 15 fee, or a 50 deposit. There was no flexibility, even though we were two responsible couples.Overall, while the property itself was satisfactory, the reliance on automated, incomplete responses, the lack of timely communication, and the introduction of surprise charges made this my most frustrating VRBO experience to date. Unclear up until arrival, I would have chosen elsewhere
