Harvey’s Cottage is a private, cottage with artistic charm, set in a quiet central neighborhood. Ideal for a relaxing holiday, overnight or business stay. It is in close proximity to the private and state hospital and 15 minutes drive to beaches and airport. Harvey’s Cottage has its own separate and private entrance as well as parking. It has a spacious open plan Loft bedroom. Downstairs a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, dining area, bathroom, sitting room and private deck.

This is our new favourite when we are in the George area. The amenities are excellent. Walking distance to York St where you can find restaurants, bars, fuel stations, etc. The location is seriously awesome, close enough to get onto the N2 to head either toward Mosselbay/Cape Town, or toward Wilderness, Knysna area. It was wonderful to be able to do a load of laundry, too as this can become troublesome after a while. The cottage itself is awesome. We loved the modern, beachy vibe. But that view of the mountains every morning!! Lesley, the host was super warm, friendly, kind, and easy to get along with. I highly recommend this place for a quiet getaway.

We love the old part of town with large trees old houses, artistic feel and its centrally situated.

What makes this property unique

The Cottage is different than the norm! It has no separate bedrooms is an all open plan cottage with a open living space and kitchen at the bottom with a open plan view loft bedroom. please take note their is no separate bedrooms it is all one space. This cottage shares property with another house. Take note kids and dogs stay on the property
