Enchanting suite nestled in a quaint Santa Clarita neighborhood! It is located 15 minutes from Six Flags Magic Mountain! The studio offers several amenities, appliances, furniture, and is in close proximity to shopping centers, parks, and amazing running trails! The hosts have designed a perfect space for single travelers, couples, or small families.
The property is smoke free, clean and located about 7 minutes from the freeway in a quiet community overlooking the Santa Clarita Valley!
You will enjoy a reserved parking space with private access to your guest house.

About the Enchanting Suite
The suite is located next to the host’s personal residence. However, the studio offers its own separate entrance with a designated parking space! The host does not interact with the guest unless there is a need.
Guests should use a car to get around.
The suite is equipped with a queen bed, a full kitchen with a new stove and microwave. It offers a dining area and a living room area with a new smart television. There is an in-unit washer and dryer! The studio has a full sized closet.
The studio has a private, fully furnished backyard area with a BBQ grill and a firepit. Come, relax, and enjoy the wonderful sunsets!
