Lovely, clean, quiet property

We needed to stay near family on short notice. The house was clean, pretty, and in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking. The beach is small and quiet. Great communication with owner.

First timers

This was our first time ever staying in a vrbo so we were unsure how it would go but both the host and their house did not disappoint. This charming house was clean upon arrival and had plenty of space for the 5 of us the spread out and sleep. The decor was cute however my favorite thing was the location. I loved that it was a short walk to the beach and the beach badges provided was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this place to others and we are looking forward to staying here again the next time we come back to NJ.

Family Trip 4th of July

Two families of 4 stayed here (one with two adults, one 20 girl and 15 year old boy and the other with two adults and two boys 5 and 7.) Great house and location. Well stocked kitchen. Cheerful and extremely clean decor. Close to the beach and boardwalk but far enough away to not be overwhelmed by noise and crowds. Multiple beds allowed for 8 of us to sleep comfortably (although two of us are under 7 and we did use the provided pull-out cot for one of our teenagers.) 8 beach passes are provided but recommend bringing your own beach chairs/umbrella/towels(not provided) as well as beach toys if you have young kids. Also, might want to bring extra T.P. and paper towels since extra were not provided. Would recommend that the host replace the sheets and/or mattress covering because we all slept hot despite the great AC and ceiling fans in each room. Also would recommend more hand towels for the kitchen as well as towels for the bath rooms. Host is extremely timely and helpful in his responses to questions. Would absolutely stay here again although 8 is a tight fit even with two bathrooms.
