The home is just steps from the lake, which is the perfect place to sit by the water and watch a beautiful sunset.The home features a lush outdoor space complete with fire pit, picnic table and grill, making it the perfect oasis to take advantage of the year around warm south Florida weather. The space also offers a game room, great for couples, families and friends who want to enjoy fun quality time together. WIth close proximity to downtown guests can enjoy local shops, restaurants, the riverwalk, fishing, boating, nature trails and beautiful beaches! Easy access to 95/Florida Turnpike.

First Time Using VRBO

Would definitely recommend if you like to have a kitchen and in our case a backyard. Price was affordable. The communication process was tedious and cumbersome! Everytime I needed to communicate with owner or property manager, we had to get a 6 digit code first. Connectivity issues and dead phone battery on pur end also made it difficult process. House rules were provided with a broken link so suggestion is to have house rules also printed and available on hardcopy for renters.
