We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in PDL at this home. The pool was warm and very clean. It was the highlight of the trip for our grandsons. Shopping was just a short distance away, and there were plenty of wonderful restaurants in the area.

We had a great stay at this vacation rental! The house itself was lovely and very comfortable for our group, which was a blessing given the chaotic week we had with our dogs. We actually started our trip with two fur babies and ended up rescuing a third right before checking in! Our host was incredibly accommodating through it all.Unfortunately, the very next day, one of our original dogs broke their front leg on the beach stairs. Between the urgent vet visits and surgery, we ended up spending our entire vacation hanging out at the house. While it wasn't the trip we originally planned, the property made a tough situation so much easier. The pool was a massive highlight—beautifully maintained and perfect for melting away the stress. Best of all, the completely fenced-in yard was an absolute lifesaver, giving the pups plenty of space to safely stretch their legs. We truly appreciated how pet-friendly the property is and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with pets!

Very spacious, clean home, comfortable beds. Lots of towels and dishes, which makes it easier to enjoy the stay without having to wash clothes and dishes every day. Wonderful stay. Only thing negative was a rusty grill.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay Mark, we will check and address the grill as needed. We wish you had let us know during your stay so we could have addressed any issues straight away. Our cleaning and maintenance crew have not reported any issues with the grill and they normally do keep on top of that. Then again it is Florida, turn your back on it and your grill is can be rusty before you know it.

Family Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was super quiet and in great proximity of beaches. The pool was wonderful and we spent most of our time on the patio. The house was clean and cozy. We enjoyed playing the available board games also.

Quiet getaway for family of 5

We enjoyed our stay at this property for a spring break getaway to visit family in PSL. Communication with the host was excellent. Place was very clean and as described. The pool was lots of fun, and the neighborhood was lovely for taking walks. The setup worked great for our family of 5.

The property has everything we needed for a month stay. It was very clean and homey. The heated pool was a super added plus. The property owners could not have been any nicer or receptive to our needs. We are planning on staying again next winter.

Needed vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood and the pool was what we hoped for. If I could change anything it would be to have a 2nd TV other than that it was a great place and the owners were very pleasant. Would recommend this house for a vacation home.

The property was as described. No garage opener and could use some additional bakeware. Nice pool, but the drop off from the last step to the bottom of the pool is quite a drop. No privacy in the back, and neighbors can easily see into the pool area. There were issues with the lights, which they fixed within a day. Do not park on the grass, as there are underground sprinklers. Overall, it was a quiet neighborhood.

Great Property

We really enjoyed our stay!! The house was perfect for us. The location is in a great neighborhood close to the beach and shopping. The owners were very nice to work with as well! We had an internet connection issue that was resolved within a couple hours. We especially enjoyed time in the lanai sitting by the pool. This was our second time renting from Andrea and Colin and we hope to make it an annual thing!

Perfect

We really enjoyed our stay ! The house was so clean and we really appreciated the little things like laundry soap , shampoo, coffee. Very helpful before we were able to get to the grocery. The kitchen was well equipped and fun to cook in. We also enjoyed the outdoor areas and quiet neighborhood. We spent most of our time at the beaches and went for daily walks in the Savannah park. Great house and Wonderful vacation!
