Cozy Port St Lucie getaway. Lanai Plus Private Heated Pool & Private Gardens
This lovely cozy house has three bedrooms, two bathroom and its own Inviting private pool and lanai(screened pool and patio area). The home is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your vacation time in Port St Lucie . Suitable for summer vacations, short breaks, Winter stays, snowbirds and more.
Great space with nice open living room, Smart TV/Audio area, Dining area for 6 and a very well equipped new kitchen.
3 lovely bedrooms and two recently re-modelled bathrooms, a crib and high chair are also at the property for your use.
The house has good access to major routes and local facilities make this a top choice home. Come and stay with us, we are sure you will want to come back like others do.
Leave your worries behind and come and relax at our pool home. Enjoy all that the Treasure Coast and Port St Lucie has to offer, with miles of unspoiled beaches, year round fishing, county parks and recreational areas.
This lovely comfortable home is located on a quiet residential cul-de-sac, and past the rear fence is an open space with a small lake for added privacy.
As you enter, you will find our open plan living area, featuring a living room with comfortable Italian leather seating, a dining area to seat 6, a fully equipped kitchen, and the family room with TV and audio. HUlU Live is included
The house is tiled throughout, and has 3 bedrooms (all with built in closets) and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, dressers for plenty of drawer space, and a remodeled en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms – one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds – also have ample storage. They share the second bathroom - also remodeled, which features a bath tub with shower over.
Sliders lead from the family room out to the large screened lanai, which invites you to relax in the shade, or to soak up some sun in the brand new pool and deck area. The lanai has comfortable seating, dining for 6, and sun loungers, and together with the pool, is screened for your comfort.
Outside of the screened area is a further patio where you can cook outside too with our outdoor gas grill, the garden is planted with some local and more exotic plants as well as fruit trees and is all securely fenced. Beyond the fence the property backs onto an open area with a small waterway which provides added privacy to the gardens.
The garage is used for storage and is not available for car parking. There is parking for two cars on the drive and additionally parking beside the driveway to the right.
Please note, for Winter months (Jan to March) bookings are generally only accepted as full calendar months.

We have a folding mini crib and a high chair available - please bring your own crib bedding and clean the high chair after use. There is also a booster seat for children up to 3 years old.
We will be available by phone or email during your stay. A message service may take your call but we will always call back.
Our agent will be available locally with their staff to manage the property should it be necessary.
The house is located in a quiet no outlet street, which is only used by local traffic. It is a nice quiet family-friendly area, kids still play in the street and neighbors talk to each other. Nearby you will find local shopping, major supermarkets and a wide range of restaurants.
The Lyric Theater and Port St. Lucie Civic Center are nearby, and Lyngate Park is just minutes away. Tradition Field for the St. Lucie Mets and Spring Training for the New York Mets at Clover Park is also not far.
There is a wide selection of restaurants on the US1, or you can visit the bars and restaurants of Jensen Beach for a great night out
Fancy a day at the beach? The nearest beach is also not far away, at Jensen Beach Park, which has miles of un-spoilt beaches. Walking, collecting shells, playing games, swimming, surfing - or just relaxing and enjoying the day. There is free parking, toilets are available, and even beach showers are provided to rinse off the salt and sand at the end of the day. A beach grill / café is also there for lunch, snacks and cold drinks.
The property has convenient access to US1, Florida Turnpike and I95, giving you the opportunity to see more of what Florida has to offer. These routes provide convenient access north or south into the rest of Florida and can be accessed easily via Prima Vista Blvd or Port St Lucie Blvd.
Enterprise car rental is not far down US1 and others are in town too, National, Hertz, Budget, U-haul etc and more.

We searched all over Florida for the place we wanted to be at. When we arrived in Port St Lucie, we instantly knew this was where we wanted to put down our roots. We still love it here, from the beautiful Jensen Beach Park to St Lucie West & Tradition and everything up and down US1 from Ft Pierce to Jupiter. We loved it so much that we have purchased additional properties in Port St Lucie.
We searched all over Florida for the place we wanted to be at. When we arrived in Port St Lucie, we instantly knew this was where we wanted to put down our roots. We still love it here, from the beautiful Jensen Beach Park to St Lucie West & Tradition and everything up and down US1 from Ft Pierce to Jupiter. We loved it so much that we have purchased additional properties in Port St Lucie.
Why they chose this property
We just loved the street, the area and especially the lovely friendly neighbors. The lake out the back attracts birds and other wildlife life in the trees and makes for a a lovely tranquil garden area. The challenge of taking Lullaby from what it was to what it is now has been immensely satisfying and Lullaby is still our baby and our first love. The convenient location with ease of access to beaches, US1 and all that Port St Lucie has to offer, still tells us we made the right choice.
