17 Nettles Blvd sleeps up to 10. This large Nettles Island Resort home is Waterfront with a Deck and 5 minute walk to pools and 10 min walk to ocean and private beach. Nettles island also has a private marina w full facilities: 772 229 -2811. They are a private company. Trailer Parking is available at the island recreation center via the condo office and is for only 3 days and cannot include a Saturday. BUT we have free off island parking; if you need it; just call us at 704 450 9901. We also rent our 2 bedroom 1142 Nettles blvd property which is Vrbo number 2714575 and can accommodate up to 32 foot boat. 17 Nettles Blvd Upstairs has a large kitchen overlooking the water and two bedrooms (king and queen) and large pull out sofa, and 2 bathrooms UPSTAIRS. Upstairs easily sleeps 5. Downstairs has separate entrance and one full sized bed bedroom apartment requiring no stairs (door available to upstairs) with full bathroom and kitchen, full sized bed/ pull out sofa AND futon, and cots. Downstairs sleeps 5. Your rental includes BOTH FLOORS: We rent the whole house as one rental. Nettles Island Resort offers two Community heated pools, private beach, hot tubs, recreation hall, pool table, miniature golf, lighted tennis courts, weight room, bocce ball, computer room, gated security, and boat marina. Golf cart rental may be available through the following numbers: (all are 772) 985-0304 and 772 40-5000. If you seek a smaller waterfront vacation home w bigger boat space please see our 1142 Nettles Blvd, vrbo number 2714575 with only 2 nite minimum. If your preferred dates are not available at one property we can combine your dates with our other property. No pets at either property please. Call us 704 450 9901. We do not refund for weather issues or any other reason outside our generous cancelation policy. Vrbo will send you the door code and easy no contact check in procedures 3 days prior to your stay. This is a really good sized property and perfect for multiple families. I loved the large, open living room/kitchen area with all of the windows. It was nice watching the sun rise and set from the balcony. The neighborhood is fantastic. We enjoyed the pools, hot tub, game room, beach, and restaurant. We rented jet-skis and a boat at the marina which was very convenient.

Very very nice place !!!!

Paul was great and the place was great. Good fishing off the dock and we seen snook, sheepshead, mullet, and manatees there. I would highly recommend it if you’re looking for a vacation spot. Thank you Paul and Lisa!!!

Our best in years

Let me first say that the property owner is a man of integrity who cheerfully and fully handled an issue with our reservation. The property itself is exceptionally roomy, very comfortable, bright, perfect for families that need to spread out a little, in excellent repair, clean, and less than a 5-minute walk to the clubhouse and pool. We have stayed in Nettles several times in the past few years, and this was our best rental.

Another enjoyable stay!

We enjoyed another stay at this property. The host is very responsive and willing to do what you need to make your stay enjoyable. The only downside to our stay this time, was that we had to purchase extra pool passes over the 4 provided. The extra pool passes are only good for a week or 2 so it isn't like the host could purchase more for his property. Despite the pool pass issue, everything was wonderful, and we will be back again next year :)

Cozy, Beautiful, and plenty to do

Had a great stay even with the rain. The house had everything we needed and more. The Island had ton of things to do. We rented a golf cart so was able to come and go with the rain. Wish we had more days to enjoy all the clubhouse had to offer. My only regret was I didnt take the time to read the DAD book, put it down for later and later never came. Would definitely return.

We love Nettles Island. The resort has it all. We bought two homes there and stay whenever we can. We own 17 Nettles and 1142 Nettles. Parking is limited to two vehicles.
