Step outside to the spacious deck overlooking the inlet and harbor, complete with outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill—perfect for lazy afternoons, sunset dinners, or simply enjoying the salt air. After a beach day, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower, a true Cape Cod tradition.

Inside, you’ll find a bright galley kitchen with updated appliances and everything you need to prepare fresh local seafood. Gather around the high-top dining table for meals, then relax in the cozy living area with a flat-screen TV, Apple TV, and WiFi for your convenience.
The two comfortable bedrooms include a queen bed and a double bed, with the queen room opening directly onto the deck for easy morning coffee with a view. This cottage is simple yet inviting—the perfect home base for beachcombing, kayaking, or exploring the best of the Outer Cape.

Charming beach cottage

Charming beach cottage, very short walk to the bay. Loved the landscaping and the beautiful views, and the peaceful neighborhood. Really appreciated how there were plenty of supplies like paper towels, TP, dish soap. A couple of things that weren’t clear to me when booking—first, there’s no dishwasher or laundry washer or dryer. Second, there’s really no privacy—the door to the second bedroom is a slatted closet door and none of the doors, including to the bathroom, really closes. It was fine for us—a couple traveling with small kids—but maybe not for older families or friends. Finally, I didn’t like the fact that linens are not supplied, and I didn’t like that I had to pay the property manager directly rather than paying through VRBO.

Very well in Wellfleet

The house is small which means everyone needs to really like being together on rainy days but on sunny days, the house is a hop, skip and jump to the beach and that also means beautiful sunsets over the harbor are just out the door.
