There is also an additional sleeping area if you go outside to the exterior stairs and up to the second floor. This is a sleeping space with A/C unit has a pitched ceiling down to the wall. There is a small closet/wall separating the two twin XL beds for partial visual privacy. This home also offers added amenities such as a washer/dryer, a mini-split AC unit located in dining/kitchen area, enclosed outdoor shower and even a couple of beach chairs for your enjoyment. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes, and Cleaning Fee of $150.00. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
